Laboratory Overview
We conduct research on ultrahigh-speed, energy-efficient optical communication technologies for data centers supporting AI workloads. Leveraging the design and simulation of semiconductor lasers as a key enabling technology, we aim to push the performance of optical devices to their limits and explore a wide range of applications, including optical information processing.
